The Botley Road has been closed as part of Network Rail’s Oxford Rail Phase 2 project for over two years. The closure is having a significant and detrimental effect on local residents and businesses.

Lib Dem councillor and local resident John Howson says: ”We need to send a message to the Labour Rail Minister that two years of misery is too long. They need to sort out the problem NOW and complete the job.
