Simon Lytton, Chair

Simon is the inaugural chair of the new Bicester & Woodstock party. Simon has been a member of the Liberal Democrats since 2015. He is also a councillor at Cherwell District Council where he represents Bicester North ward.

Kieron Holt - Treasurer

Kieron lives in Bicester where he works in high performance automotive design with emerging technology.

Jane Jana - Secretary

Jane has been a Lib Dem member and campaigner for many years. She was Secretary to Banbury Liberal Democrats and is delighted to live in the new constituency where she can be part of its inaugural executive.

Rachel Mallows, Communications

Rachel Mallows has been co-opted to the Executive team to support communications. In addition she is also a town councillor in Bicester where she lives.

Hannah Massie, Diversity

Hannah lives in the western side of the constituency and has kindly taken on the responsibility for diversity

Tracey Rose, Membership

Tracey Rose is the appointed officer for membership

Carl Rylett - Exec Member

Carl Rylett lives in Eynsham with his family where he is a parish and district councillor. He works in IT as a data analyst and in his spare time hosts a history podcast. At council he is particularly interested in the environment and strategic planning.

Margaret Stevens, Exec Member

John Willet, Exec Member

John is a local businessman and an expert in professional audio. He has lived in Bicester for over thirty years and has been a member of the Liberal Democrats (The Liberal Party) since the 1970s.

Liz Yardley, Elections Officer

Liz has lived in the Bicester area for many yearss serving as a school governor and worked in education roles. Liz later retrained as graphic designer and photographer to puruse a new career. She is a lifetime Liberal Democrat member.
