David Hingley - Adderbury, Bloxham & Bodicote

David lives in Bodicote, and has been district councillor for Adderbury, Bloxham, Bodicote & Milton since 2022. 

He quickly gained a reputation for engaging with residents and supporting the area’s needs. He also serves on the parish council, firmly believing that local decision making is important. 

A popular author, David has had three historical crime novels published to date, and intends to write another book when council duties allow!

As a keen hiker, David can often be found walking in the countryside surrounding our villages, and fully backs local campaigns to preserve our natural environment. 

He also keeps fit at the local gym – while enjoying the pies and pints of our pubs, supporting our village businesses. Having lived here for several years, David knows our area first hand and will always work hard to put our cherished villages first.
